We’re The Collaborative for Change & Clarity, and our mission is pretty personal: we want to build workplaces where everyone, really everyone, has what they need to succeed and thrive. Think of us as your advocates and partners in making that happen.

We know having a seat at the table is a privilege… but we also believe in building our own tables. Now, we’re passionate about sharing everything we’ve learned to help others from underrepresented communities thrive—whether that’s inside corporate America or in their own ventures.

You don’t have to have the perfect plan. You just have to be willing to begin.

Are you only available to corporate teams?

No. We partner with corporate teams, nonprofits, grassroots organizers, and individuals. If you care about building more equitable spaces—inside or outside of traditional workplaces—we’re open to exploring what partnership could look like.

Where do you typically begin with a new partner?

We almost always start with a conversation. We’ll ask about your context, your people, what’s working, and what feels hard right now. From there, we’ll co-create something that fits, whether that’s a one-time session, a series of workshops, or ongoing advising.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. We currently operate primarily online. Reach out to us through our "Contact Us" link and we will get back to you!

Is there a way to support your work if I’m not ready to partner yet?

Absolutely. You can stay in touch, share our work with people who might benefit, or invite us to speak with your ERG or community group. Every introduction and share helps us reach more people who need this support.
